After each class a video will post to a private FB group that only this group can see. They are there for you to use if you miss a class, or want to simply do the class again during the week.

Refund Policy
No refunds unless your spot is filled. No price reductions for classes missed. Each class is video-taped and available for you to re-watch at any time if you miss class, or just want to do the class again at your convenience.
