· A self-discovery questionnaire to complete at the start of the program

· A 90-minute foundation session on ZOOM

· Four 60-75-minute Zoom sessions

· Emails, texts and short phone calls for support if you need/want it

· Tools and practices to support you throughout our time together and beyond

· Homework and accountability in the ways that work best for you

· 5 months to schedule all calls
